Appointments are kept private and relaxed, giving you the time and space to explore the collection without the usual retail experience. A member of the Trinity team will be available throughout your appointment to help with sizing, fit, and any questions.

- $50 Deposit Applied toward your final purchase at checkout.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Please cancel your appointment at least 2 days prior using the cancellation option in your booking confirmation. If you paid the $50 deposit, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Group Size: Maximum of 3 people per appointment
- Parking: Street parking available nearby
- Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals
