What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) and Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay.
How often do you restock?
We suggest visiting the product page and clicking the color way, product, and size that you're interested in and the "Notify Me" button in order to receive an email if the item does become available sometime at a later date.
How do I find out my size?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the product page.
Where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
Can I combine two orders into one shipment?
We cannot combine orders. Once orders are placed, they begin processing immediately.
How do I track my order?
Please use the tracking info provided in your shipping confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to 8-10 business days from the purchase date to be shipped.
My Tracking Information states that my order was delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
Please email info@TrinityLabel.com, we’ll do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 12 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@trinitylabel.com
